The cozy bar area provides a warm ambiance, perfect for unwinding with a drink after a day of exploring. Proximity to stunning riverside views makes for a charming setting, especially during sunset.
The double room lacked a larger mirror outside the bathroom, making grooming a bit tricky with multiple guests. Breakfast presentation needs attention. while the offerings were decent, certain items, like yogurt, were conspicuously missing from the festive spread. I noticed an inconsistency in breakfast service timing, as some dishes were cleared away too quickly without asking if anyone wanted more.

We had a lovely five-night stay and enjoyed the cozy fireside atmosphere. Waking up to the sight of swans at breakfast was a real treat! The sun terrace and garden area were perfect for relaxing with a book. The only downside was the noise from the bar below at night, but it didn’t ruin our experience. 😊

The steaks were cooked to perfection and arrived promptly.
The facilities, particularly the ladies' toilets, need a thorough cleaning.

The location is lovely, with nearby pubs perfect for families, offering enclosed beer gardens where everyone can enjoy themselves. Dining with my brother was a highlight, especially the delicious full English breakfast each morning. The staff were friendly and made our stay memorable.
In my wife’s opinion, the noisy bar area made relaxing difficult.

The Rose Revived has a charming atmosphere with a lovely setting right next to the river. The outside seating area is perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The room decor was lovely, and the bed comfortable. I did find a significant issue with the bathroom, though. it felt cramped and the toilet setup made it hard to use comfortably. We noticed the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly. Breakfast had long waits, and one dish arrived cold, needing a replacement. The food in the restaurant was tasty, but we expected more consistency. it has potential, but cleanliness and service need attention.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We visited a couple of lovely pubs with great beer gardens, perfect for families. The location was scenic, and exploring nearby football clubs added to the fun. Just a heads up, parking can be tricky as it's limited, and the bar staff could use some training on the drinks menu.
One downside was the service from the manager. he wasn't the friendliest, which left a bit of a sour note on an otherwise good stay.
